Fan & Light Bathroom Combo 70cfm Excellent ASHRAE 62.2 ventilation solution. Includes 6 watt, GU24 LED lamp and provides about the equivalent of 100 watts of incandescent lighting. Includes exhaust fan housing blower (motor) snap-in bracket and a 4" round duct collar with a plastic damper which protects against back drafts and ensures quiet operation and instruction sheets. UL Listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit. Available at MDH Lumber - Crofton Lumber in Nebraska and Akron Lumber in Iowa. Fast local delivery available.
